Cancellation Rules

Cancellations within one calendar month of trip - forfeit entire deposit amount.

Cancellations of longer than one month but less than 2 months of trip – forfeit 50% of the deposit.

Cancellations of longer than 2 months before trip - forfeit 10% handling fee.

General Information

No smoking allowed in any of the vehicles.

No use of drugs, no pornography, no sex in any of the vehicles.

No standing / hanging out of sunroof whilst vehicle is in motion, however, special arrangements can be made on request for photo shoots.

No hanging out of vehicles or sitting in frame of open windows.

Any illegal activity will result in the immediate cessation of the trip, without reimbursement.

The owners of the company and the driver do not accept any liability or responsibility should the users of the vehicle indulge in any illegal activity.  Should such activity result in the company’s name and reputation being harmed or vehicle impounded the lessee and responsible parties shall be held accountable and responsible for the resolution of the incidence as well as the loss of income for the period and all legal costs.
